Pulled Pork w/ BBQ Sauce

A favorite among the locals. Dry rubbed and hickory smoked tender pulled pork smothered in a zesty BBQ sauce served on a 6" hoagie roll. Also available on a 12" roll.  Best when served with just our homemade BBQ sauce, but try it with some cheese on it as well, I prefer Cabot sharp cheddar.

We rub the pork shoulder with our own pork rub, it is smoked right at the store overnight for 12 hours and then we hand pull it the next morning.  Our BBQ sauce is made in house and is a favorite among many.

The pulled pork is also sold by the pound in the meat case, if you don't find it there just ask us at the deli.
